Experience:

Lasse has served many multinational companies like Conoco, ATT, Credit Suisse First Boston and Pepsi Cola Scandinavia and foreign-controlled subsidiaries in Finland as well as Finnish medium-size to large companies by assisting them in mergers and acquisitions, commercial and contract issues. Lasse has participated and co-ordinated various major zoning and construction projects especially in Helsinki metropolitan area.

Lasse is Finnish national expert in ICC Commission on Marketing and Intellectual Property and ICC Commission on Competition and Member of Advisory Board of Institute for Transnational Arbitration. Lasse has been the General Secretary of State Copyright Committee 1986-87 and drafted copyright legislation in Finland. Lasse was the first Finnish Mediator Accredited by CEDR.

Lasse has also written numerous articles in professional magazines and kept lectures on topics such as contract law, company law, establishment of business, mediation and arbitration.
